## Creative content and confidentiality

Creators retain ownership of their original work. Private and unpublished manuscripts or recordings are not used to train public generative models unless a separate feature clearly explains that use and the user affirmatively opts in.

When an eligible workflow is explicitly confirmed as Offline Processing, covered material is processed using Skrybe-controlled, network-isolated models and is not sent to external cloud infrastructure or third-party cloud AI providers for model processing. The scope and retention terms are shown before the workflow begins.
